Adult Mental Health
Taking your first step to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, but our hope is to make that process as comfortable, safe, and welcoming as possible. The fact that you are taking the brave (and often daunting) step of looking for a therapist is something to be proud of.

Sometimes stress and emotional overwhelm can get the best of us. Often times, we can find approaches on our own to work through and cope with life's challenges. When your own approaches are not enough or not working, and you begin to feel lost, our trained therapists are here to help you find your path once again.
We commonly see clients for the following reasons:
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Work stress
-
ADHD and other attention challenges
-
Compassion fatigue and burnout
-
Suicidal ideation
-
and more.

Our work is transparent and collaborative with clients. We endeavor to identify your specific challenges as well as your goals, dreams, hopes, and strengths. We strongly believe that the client and therapist are equals – and a therapeutic space should feel empowering and safe. Within our practice, we utilize an eclectic treatment approach, which allows us to tailor our style specifically to each unique person that we work with. Depending on the client’s needs, we may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Nature-Focused Therapy, and more! Our goal, as well as the goal of each of these treatment orientations, is to help clients feel more free, whole, safe, comfortable, and fulfilled.
